Free postage by Royal Mail first class post on all orders over £10, orders of £10 & under are subget to a small fee of £2
How To Order
Please use the shopping cart for paypal payments & email your order for cheque payments email your order to geraldinecarruthers@hotmail.com. If payment is made by cheque your order will be dispatched upon cheque clearence (please allow 5-7 working days.)
Photographic Accuracy
We make every efforet to depict colouring as close to the original as possible however please be aware that due to the different monitor resolutions and computer setup, some variatio may occur.
Please note that items are not actual size in the photographs & only approximate sizes are given.
Please also note that our items are made by hand and not by machine so some size variation does occur
Returns
Our products come with a 7 day no quibble refund guarantee, with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. If there are any problems with the item(s) we send you, please let us know, and we will put it right, but we do ask that you pay the return postage costs. We regret that we do not refund the out cost of postage unless we have made a mistake with your order. You must contact us within 7 days of recipt of the item as part of our refund policy.
If you need to return any item(s) we send you then we ask you email us first with details, we will issue a returns number which you will need to include with the returns item(s), without this we will not be able to make a refund. We also ask that any item(s) you return are sent in appropriate packing to prevent damage during transit, as this will effect your refund.
